TOHI Construction CO. was founded in 2020 by Royce Ganaway in El Paso, Texas. Royce Ganaway is a talented manager with excellent marketing, customer service and facility oversight skills and more than 19 years of experience running a business. HISTORY
Mr. Royce Ganaway graduated with an Associate of Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 1995 and with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2002. He is an entrepreneur and started his first business in 2005, Symmetry Rehab. He was contracted by local home health companies in the El Paso Texas and Dona Ana County New Mexico and became one of the area’s most reputable rehabilitation providers.

In 2020 he decided to make a career change and established his own general contracting business. His father was a master builder and taught him the trade as a young man. It was always his ambition to establish a general construction company and become a developer.

Proud of his Native American Heritage he dedicated his business to primarily servicing the Native American community. He is the latest in a legacy of family members to work with BIA and BIE. His retired great uncle was a Superintendent of Schools, Ship Rock Subagency in Ship Rock, NM. His retired cousin was Bureau of Indian Affairs deputy area director in Albuquerque, New Mexico and was acting Deputy Commissioner of Indian Affairs in Washington D.C.
​In 2020, TOHI began as an idea that developed into a Native owned company making a difference in the Native American Community by ensuring it leaves a project with the best results possible.
